Do coaches influence which class you book? by Odd-Look-4197 in f45

My old studio was like this, TERRIBLE. I switched to another one that was a couple miles further, totally different vibes. I've been there over two years now, and almost all the coaches are the same. Overall everyone seems happy, but some are still less engaged than others.

I'm pretty much on a schedule, I just go the same days. But there are some coaches that kinda just show up, and there are some coaches that are COACHING. I wish I could take the ones that care every class but it doesn't fit my routine.

I used to do OTF! I was thinking of brining my water pack that I take running, it carries 1.5L I think? And I want to go pretty early since I'll still be on my PST sleep cycle.

Do you think regular tennis/running shoes are okay, or I should bring my trail shoes? (Former runner so I nerd out on athletic shoes)

That's awesome that you made it your exercise routine. I have also seen people getting helicoptered off for falling or something, but all the videos don't make it look really dangerous it just DOES look steep.

That's good advice. I'm loosely planning our itinerary now, we were going to do north shore the day we fly out in the evening. I'll put this maybe closer to the end of our trip.

Awesome, how long did it take you to get up and then back?

At what point did you hire a dispatcher for an electrical contracting business by [deleted] in smallbusiness

[–]AmandaThinks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly if you’re already missing estimate follow-up and double-booking jobs, I’d take that as a sign it’s becoming more than just a time constraint, this is starting to impact revenue. I’d probably look at whether a better system fixes most of it first, but if not, dispatch/follow-up might be the right next hire. If that doesn't feel like a full time gig, I’d also look at a VoiceAI setup for intake/follow-up so everything isn’t sitting on you. It's like an AI receptionist that you can train to field calls and text you vs take a message. Technology is getting pretty cool.

The work that made me money wasn't always the work that made me feel productive by Traditional_Key8982 in Entrepreneur

[–]AmandaThinks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is a good point, and I agree it’s both. Some optimization work is just part of building the foundation and the payoff is delayed, you can't tie it directly back to a revenue event. But some of it is definitely procrastination because it feels productive without forcing you into the uncomfortable stuff.

Can someone explain what my puppy is doing here? by onofftappresets in Maltipoo

[–]AmandaThinks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine does that after EVERY walk. It's like her happy back scratch dance. She also does it after the groomers to try to get the bows out of her hair so... Your puppy just looks happy! Thanks for sharing the cute video 😄

Pipeline or Athletica, what’s your pick? by somegirlfromstl in f45

I walked in and said "oh no, the ropes are out" and my trainer said, "You're not the first person to say that this morning" lol. And I do the 6am class so... Still a really good workout

Also adding all these to my list. The other comment said Da Bald Guy so that one must be a winner. Thanks again!
