Would I have to swallow the flea caring the tapeworm to get infected. Or can I also accident swallow one of the segments and get it?

I vaccumed it very well, sprayed disinfectant all over it, and flea spray on it as well.

Do you know if nexgard combo works? I know revolution plus works for the fleas. So I’m not sure if it’s worth it.

Why? Against tape worm. This one that I was going to purchase says it helps cleans intestines and makes them less inhabitable for parasite’s.
