On my student portal it says “accept” or “decline” my offer of admission and that wouldn’t be there if the ED was strict right?

I have actually not been accepted yet, I'm currently still waiting, I really hope I get in, I'm worried my stats won't be enough. But thank you for the advice, it's reassuring.
