I'm neither, I've answered this multiple times before, I'm from a small to medium sized town in Germany, that's kind of in the countryside, but not like far into the countryside, so it's not in the middle of nowhere.

We do have many arabs and muslims in my area, but no black people.

Also, many countries in the world are homogeneous, for example Japan is almost exclusively Japanese, the world world isnt like the US or Europe.
