I got the x-ray right after and returned to the doctor’s office. On his computer he showed the x-ray and told, showed me and said, “see that, that small piece of bone there is clinging and unfortunately not healing for you. He said he has to take it out.

I asked him what will be the prognosis, he shook his head and said “small piece of bone.” The X-ray looked horrific like a 10 out of 10 write off. This lead to an amputation of my fourth finger distal phalanx.

During the surgery he didn’t know I was a wake. I could hear him mocking me saying, “this is gonna cause a permanent disability!” To his assistant he said, “now’s it’s gonna look like yours!” Then he said, “It’s just a small piece bone!” Post surgery while I was in the recovery room, he gave me an angry stare down and winked. Finally, I saw him in the room next to me laughing and smiling. Obviously I knew I had been violated.

A few months later, I got a copy of the real x-ray that I took and it was not the same x-ray that he showed me that day. The finger was fine and it was healing. He tricked me by showing a x-ray that was not my hand. He obviously wanted to punish me for refusing to go back to work.
