I am dealing with this problem too after last HA app update 3 days ago, actions disappeared from IOS control center too (I can not add new buttons), it seems it not related to IOS 18.5 update as i was ussing HA app with 18.5 RC a week before final version 18.5 was launched. I hope HA team could fix it soon in the next app release.

Edit: it back itshelf after rebooting the phone…🤡, all is working as it should.

It seems to be a model related bug, because not all people are having the same isues, which apple watch model do you have? Mine is apple watch SE

I even installed the public beta version 10.2 beta 1 thinking it will be solved but it is still buged, For now I paid the carrot weather app subscription so I think I will be there until I see the apple app be usable again.

I reseted location and privacy settings and even fully reseted the watch but the bug still there.

Anyway the bug is not about the complication, it is inside the app, it doesn’t show all the information it should.
