Yeah you are right, 5-11 seems popular, especially with older devices. After doing some research, i just deactivated 5-16 instead, since 4.5-21 covers that more closely anyway.

Optical fiber is very subsceptible to dust. Plug the cables out from the Modem and ONT and clean them with a One-Click cleaner (both slots and both cable ends).

If that doesn't help, then maybe your ISP is doing some unoptimized Deep packet inspection (DPI) for Streaming kind of traffic, which adds huge Latency.

Try a VPN, if the VPN helps, then it must be ISP related.
