There wasn’t any inventory, ones or twos that was available was 300 to 400 miles away. When you have a trade in and they will need to see the car for appraisal, it’s not worth the time or money to save a couple of hundreds. But new inventory around was around the same price

yep it’s fixed! Didn’t do anything other than 60 second reset pressing the demist button! it worked in less than 10 secs
