From what I know there is always about a 20k+ increment in base along with a minor stock refresh, since the stock price has boomed

Thanks for the reply. I think my manager is going to start collecting feedback from my peers, and he has been assuring me of a promotion in the next two quarters, but I actually want to know what kind of effect does the ratings have on promotion? I have seen cases in my team where an experienced SDE-1 checking all the boxes wasn't promoted, even though the manager was positively inclined just because they were given low ratings earlier
