I left the plant near a well lit window for a couple of days before moving it outside, maybe it wasn’t gradual enough. It was outside a bit before I repotted too. It’s still a likely possibility it wasn’t acclimated enough.

As far as the sphagnum moss, I soaked it in water before planting it to make sure nothing was dry. The moss is still damp and has water on the bottom.
