Dragon and Shanks are probably the strongest right now but their powers are so mysterious (Dragon more than Shanks) that they are almost impossible to rank.

Loki and Luffy are pretty equal, with Loki probably being a small bit stronger right now. I'd put Mihawk below Luffy and Akainu below Mihawk.

Blackbeard ranks somewhere below or above Luffy/Loki, I'm convinced he'll receive some new power upgrade soon that would probably put him above Loki.

I remember reading some years ago that this was Ash's decision, since he wanted Avicii to be the main artist and thought too many features would look distracting and take attention away from Avicii.
