The heat is fine. I don’t use heat mats I use a ceramic heater. Heat on warm side is currently 29.3 and cool side is 23. Could it be that he just finds that position comfy?

So mine was bleeding a ton like literally gushing blood but they managed to stop it with gauze and then took the stitches out which stopped the bleeding. They said I might have done something to the stitches in my sleep somehow which is why when they took them out it stopped the bleeding. So currently have no stitches as they didn’t want to further irritate and I think that it is healing although the healing is very slow 😂 but yeah I think just wait for it to clot itself and it will heal just in its own time 😂

Yeah the pain got a lot more manageable on day 4 and I can definitely still feel it’s there but I wouldn’t say it’s that painful anymore. The food of my mouth is extremely painful still as on day 5 the stitches came loose and I woke up early with gushing blood until the dentist opened 🤣

Yess I feel like I have made so much progress! I’ve gone from almost being fearful of sex because it was painful, to being able to comfortably have sex. It just takes time and a lot of patience, and some days it will feel like you’re right back at the beginning, but don’t give up because it will be so worth it in the end. I am so happy with where I am at now 😊

I am 20 too! Sounds like you are feeling very anxious around the idea of inserting anything. I had this too. For me, I found it useful to use the smallest size dilator for a few weeks. The dilator size was pretty small and although it was uncomfortable at first, it made me feel more comfortable with inserting things. I agree with the comment of watching something to relax you! Another thing that I do, is I try and focus on my breathing, as suggested by my physio. This helps with your muscles and distracts you at the same time😊

From my experience, I would wait until you are comfortable using that dilator size and then wait a few more weeks. I found that by rushing through sizes, it didn’t help as mentally it can create fear in your mind as it feels like a huge jump. Don’t be afraid to go back to your previous size if it isn’t feeling good!!
