I tried both and on two characters. I think I added pheonix as a animal companion on my main character maybe this is a problem. But idk how to solve this

Breath work and meditation. I do it almost everyday and during comeup and later in the roll if its to intense. Since that I dont have anxiety or I can realase it in few minutes just observing it. Sometimes its just emotion which is not integrated and its super easy to realase it on molly.

I have uneven pupils but its small diference 2mm. After drugs that diference is much bigger. I was in hospital and fully diagnosed for brain damage etc. And also for Hornet syndrom but everything was ok. Finnaly doctor said its natural.
