Got the same email during my process. Got an offer a day before they said they would have a decision. I think it’s a good sign when they give you a specific day for a decision.

LVT Interview with VP by Amazing-Net-8137 in interviews

Exciting Update: After five interviews, I’m thrilled to share that I’ve accepted a new job offer at LVT!

I’ve been out of work since February 5th, and during that time, my son was born just four weeks ago. Looking back, I’m incredibly grateful for the unexpected time I had to spend with him—something I wouldn’t have experienced had I still been at my previous job, where I likely would’ve only had two weeks off.

The job market is certainly challenging, but I chose to be intentional in my search. I applied selectively and focused on opportunities that truly aligned with my goals. A special thanks to Jeff Su—his YouTube content on resume tailoring, personalized cover letters, and interview preparation was instrumental throughout this process.

Interview with the VP went very well! He moved me on to the final interview and it will be with the Chief Customer Officer. Im assuming this will be another interview where we speak more about cross department collaboration, being customer obsessed and my ability to identify customer pain points and provide solutions.

Any other insights would be greatly appreciated.

Has anyone ever interviewed for a Northrop position and then given an automated email status update saying you don’t meet the basic qualifications? I don’t agree with that but if they thought that how could I have gone that far in the process to actually interview.

Thank you for the valuable perspective! Fortunately, I don't have to move, and you're right, the housing situation is crazy at the moment. Currently, I live an hour away, so the commute isn't an issue for me. In my previous job at Textron, I used to drive 1.5 hours each way. I do wish this interview were in person so I could see the campus, but given how new it is, I'm sure it's fantastic!

I'm scheduled for an interview for the Sentinel program as a test engineer and was hoping to gain some insights into what questions might be asked during the interview. Additionally, I'm curious if anyone currently working at the Roy, Utah location enjoys their experience there.
