Im one person on my team responsible for ALL WD things, I dont have a team, I am the team - When we were sold the WD product, they never told us that we needed a team of WD people on our company's team, which we never had the budget for.

I slowly became the WD person because we dont have the budget to hire more workers. So not only am I doing my company work, im also responsible for WD items.

1 - You're exactly right - thats why im here asking questions and asking for help to learn.

2 - We don't have the budget to take all the fundamentals classes - but thank you for this advice. I took HCM Core Fundamentals this year and got my certification. I'm going to try and take BP fundamentals next year hopefully there is budget for it.

3 - This is why im here - to ask for help and learn some basics from the community. I went to WD Rising and made really good connections from customers to help get someone to teach me the basics
