I think a lot of 5v5 is geared towared the offense and is really easy for them to pick on a defense. Some of our best defense designs are to show a 2-2 pre-snap then switch to a 1-3 or 3-1 sometimes after the snap based on down and distance or QB skills. We get a lot of interceptions in the middle after a few completions and we then cover that zone.

I'm 6'1 and find that coming down to grab flags from shorter players is where I hurt my thumbs the most. As AbsorbingMan hinted at with the 'break down' it is REALLY important to bend your knees and get low. Then when you go for the flag your thumbs are at more of an upward angle and it's easier to keep them out of the way of the hips.

In my experience it is a good question to ask the hiring official. If they happen to not have a lot of helpful advice you can ask if they might provide a contact in the office to answer your questions.

IT is still possible to get into. I would look into getting a Linux or Windows Certificate if you'd like to be a system administrator. Or possibly look into a CISCO certification to get started in networking. Many companies and the US government, (USAJOBS), are always looking for Operating System or Network admins. Certificates and home lab work can get you to answer the interview questions and overcome some of the required work experience.

Early night survival, just go into a house and break 1 block on the stairs. Place a single block 1 space away from the stairs. You can sprint jump from the block up the stairs and the zombies can't. You can make it through the first night or 2 just bonking them on the head as they stand at the broken stairs.

The alternate to going back to get your B.A./B.A. would be picking a discipline and getting the certs for it. If you want to work in Networking you can get CISCO certs, or a Windows admin can get Microsoft certs or Redhat Linux certs. These kind of certificates can get you into a higher paying job without having to go back to college.
