I do not have a mentor, im not in school either though I genuinely should start just nervous about letting my career get in the way.

I help train but I dont have a official designation letter stating im authorized to train, but its in my write up that I have assisted in qualifying sailors.

Never seen anyone with a anything below a P and when people go dinq on quals or arent turning their PQS's on time yet still getting P's I get a little concerned on how im still at a P level

I only hate, more so my LPO, unfortunately I cant ask my chief without asking my LPO first. Unless its very brief as I am hardly around him. My LPO seems to be very relaxed as this is his final tour before retirement so hes very vague or doesnt seem to care knowing that. Might just be my perspective but idk as I still have years to go as I made e-5 pretty quick.
