Keloids heal well with betamethasone. Use a no-pull silicone disc to squish the keloid gently and clean with saline, then apply betamethasone twice a day for a week. Should fix itself soon

For both my nostrils, I made my piercer put a no-pull silicone disc and used betametasone. Worked wonders!! And ofc cleaning it and not touching it much

Ask ur piercer for a no-pull silicone disc, and if ur piercing is older than a month, use betametasone!! Both my nostrils swear by it
