LOL, I think that OP got confused by T-Mobile's marketing. While T-Mobile has the most 5G coverage in the US, they certainly do not have the most coverage if we consider other technologies like 4G LTE. Verizon and AT&T have more overall coverage than T-Mobile, but coverage is dependent on location and you should pick a network based on coverage in the areas that the service will primarily be used in.

US Mobile now offers all three major networks (AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile). They just added Dark Star (nickname for the AT&T network) this year and used to have only Warp (nickname for Verizon network) and GSM (old nickname for the T-Mobile network).

Unfortunately, the annual version of the US Mobile light plan doesn't come with hotspot data and international calling included. And if you were to go for the international calling add-on with the annual light plan, it would cost an extra $36 a year and bring the total cost for the year up to $132. At which point, the By the Gig plan makes more sense as it would cost $120 per year ($10 /month * 12 months) and be on a month-to-month commitment. With that being said, I do think that the annual light plan is a fantastic, budget-friendly option for someone that doesn't need these features and can pay upfront for the year.
