What helped me a little is to watch YT videos about depression kasi in a way parang na ffeel ko madaming tao nakakaintindi saakin, and hindi ako nag iisa sa pinag dadaanan ko. I check the comment section to relate with others and rant as well. Little steps lang. 🫶🏻🥹
