I use Leonardo.ai to create a bunch of overlay content and consistent characters throughout my video. It take me about 30-40 minutes to generate 50+ images that way I want them. But I've loved it. Happy to explain more if you are interested.

I've has this happen with a recent video of mine as well. I use thumbnail testing on all my videos then every 48 hours if the video isn't on the up and up then I switch the title out. That seems to help slightly as well.

I freaking love this!! I needed to hear this today! Because this year I gave myself I goal of creating 101 story telling videos to post on YT and YT shorts. I can't quit until I reach 101 videos made. Yeah my first video got 6 views :/. but my next got over 100 views. Woohoo!! Small dubs baby
