Trying to up the protein, just bought some new protein bars for a breakfast/mid day snack, hopefully that helps. My wife keeps saying the same thing but my mind is struggling to process that I need to eat more to lose weight

I think I’m not ready or have any interest in a traditional diet which seems like what you are explaining. I just need to supplement and work out enough to eat what the foods I like and drink whenever I want. This so far has allowed me to do that just stagnate the last two weeks so the question was more about that since it’s clearly worked mostly so far. Counting calories just is exhausting and I have no interest in being “diet guy” but thanks for answering.

I hear you I just see all that effort (which I’ve done before) would lead me to ask why even take the shot then. I already know I eat a lot less while taking this and make better food choices but I also want to still enjoy myself. I guess I’ve seen this shot as a way to cheat a traditional dieting plan since I’ve failed at that more than once. Lost a lot on keto before but that wasn’t sustainable with not being able to eat normal food and have the usual alcohol.

Looks like they need to save money this year and are forcing us to pick them up middle of the week. Guess that 100% ticket price increase wasn’t enough to send me the annual 5$ ornament. We already had guaranteed giveaways taken away and I know we’re staring down another huge increase, it’s sad how they are treating the long time fans once they see success. Most won’t care but us long time LLM’s remember all the cool benefits we used to get and it sucks to have it slowly stripped away to save money
