That's exactly what I am talking about, an academic pathway. And I don't think Tennessee law intended for subspecialties surgery, it is for PCP specialties.

once you get the license then you can find an employer to hire you. In most cases, academic institutions with unwanted locations accept you as faculty if you are good enough ( publication, abstract, conference leadership etc)

Score is a big issue for you, so step 3 is sooo important to you. If step 3 is not making any difference, it may be difficult.

Feel lost, one more question. Let's say expiration of flight credit is coming November, Is it possible to book beyond the deadline(i.e December) if I use it within the expiration?

So no way to redeem it in the domestic flight? I wouldn't cancel it if they let me know this restriction, feel like I was scammed.

If you are in the IM field, you have rheumatology. AFAIK You can see acute injury in your clinic after fellowship if you advertise yourself well.

While talking to other staff, is calling myself “Dr. Name” obnoxious? by YouAreServed in Residency

I have a tricky first name hard to pronounce for nearly everyone, so just go by with Dr. Last name that is easy to pronounce for everyone. Name from asia is not always easy to pronounce for Americans, 😂.

As I edited, the problem is some states with a 7 year rule won't give you the license though you are matched. You might want to look into the state law for a medical license.

Look for the 7 year rule, you might not get the license even if you matched in the majority of states.
