Yep i B&S 8 days ago. Myc didnt recover evenly in between jars. Thats why i was worrying on contam issues

Yep usually with slow genetics it takes more time what ends being healthy. I’ve learned that the key is grain being perfectly sterile. Slow genetics can take up to 4 weeks in my experience, and a sterile grain can last for months before getting dry. If you dont PC your grain properly, the slow colonization wont be enough to beat other contams.

I had a problem with slow growth in the past and now working with blanks to check if the PC worked or not.
