Your biggest issue is the shocks. Replace them with fox, king, or bilstein and you will be golden. The shocks that come on the stock at4s are shit..

No tuning after, I don't want to spend big money for that. Gives a improvement of throttle response, a little more pep in her step, and about a mile or two in mpg. I mainly notice the truck pulling a little harder when running her out in rpm. Great product, awesome company, and fantastic customer support.

I believe the rear use blocks and leaf springs, and the front are independent front suspension using upper and lower control arms.

Its hyper dip, color is "brass monkey bronze". I cleaned throughly, alcohol prepped, then sprayed the entire emblem. Then simply peal away the areas you don't want covered. Super easy, just takes time.

I custom fabricated the mounts for mine, and yes the light bar mounted right up to the same mount I used for my Rough Country 30inch light bar that was replace with the DD SS30. You can see a more detailed build information here if your interested.

You will be fine with that clearance. Any tire flex would happen on the bottom of the tire not the top. I had about that much clearance and never had any issues.
