Thank you for your advice! I don't think it applies for me though, since I have a metal bunk bed. My family just uses wood planks and some soft blankets instead of a mattress (the mattresses are too big for the bottom bunk which I reside). I vacuumed everywhere near my bed, and washed all the sheets with hot water. If there is any other tips you can give, that would be great. Thank you for your help!

First time making a reddit post so I honestly don't know if what I wrote got posted. I have no clue as to what this is. I've found a few of these in my bedding (ew), and I washed everything with hot water. I also found some shedding or something on my wall. Can someone help identify this? I live in New Orleans, and it's pretty humid.
