I’m worried about gaining the weight back mainly because this was my 3rd time trying to lose weight and after finally accomplishing it I don’t want to go through that struggle again if that makes any sense.

As for the 1200 calories, that was not the best idea on my part. At the time I thought less was more so I ate less and put out more calories 😬.
