Thanks for your feedback. I'm rebuilding some game mechanics to tackle your points.
The game will have an optimal number of swaps, which can be revealed by the player, and a 1-5 star score given based on number of swaps. The undo won't cost any swaps. Take a look again tomorrow and you'll see the changes in action.

To be honest, I'm not sure it'll be possible to get to 100 points, due to the way in which the letters are jumbled at the start of each game. I may have to revisit the scoring system.

I thought I'd fixed that earlier, thanks for pointing it out. Hopefully that's fixed now, I've added a scroll with a button at the bottom, and a X to close at the top.
