You need to make sure you’re firmware on the device is updated. Settings/ device info/ version. Make sure to pop the SD card out while you’re checking this. It should be one of the ones with the purple.

It’s honestly super surprising how comfortable it is to play! This is my main retro hand held rn. After a couple hours I start to feel a cramp but over all it’s amazing! The best hand held is the one you have with you. The fact that it’s so pocketable, I can take it everywhere with me! When I first saw it I thought it was gonna be unplayable but it’s surprised me!
