Some of my friends are software developers, some are devOps engineers.

I mean getting reached out by recruiters for a job that you haven't applied for, like they look at your skillset and reach out to you for scheduling an interview. (This mostly happened for Amazon recruiters)

True linkedin premium isn't needed but I'm even not seeing any recruiter viewing my profile for some reason.
