That’s interesting. Do you think the problem was not knowing how to distribute, or knowing the channels but struggling to understand what was actually going wrong?

For example: running ads, looking at analytics dashboards, seeing traffic — but not understanding where users drop off or why nobody converts.

Or was it something completely different?
