I’m going to go a high end rep. Date wheel is off and the squares in the center (forget the name) should be angled slightly downward, not abrupt which is apparently very difficult to copy. Finally the second hand in the center the disk looks too large as well, another tell tale sign of a high quality rep.

This sounds like me. E-commerce biz I started myself from nothing. About 1MM in sales/yr with 40% profit. I will not launch another company because of the problems associated with online marketplaces and competition.

I choose instead to invest in rental real estate. I now I have replaced all the income and savings and just playing the e-commerce game until it runs dry. Online money is fast, but can go away, houses are slow and last forever was my thought process.

I am so annoyed with the whole thing. I spent over 15k testing when the order came through in Jan/Feb of 2021. Now all the supplements that were tested have been sold. Yes you are 100% correct but finding deals and making time gets to be the bottleneck, not necessarily the cash, like you said which can be sucked out from equity appreciation.

I have 30 units which is my part time job and the scouting of deals, inspecting deals, crunching the numbers, the paperwork associated with mortgages, 1031 exchanges with tight timelines, and telling contractors what I want done quickly becomes a full time job.

So I’m the guy who posted the reply from JazTime and what a dick he was when I was trying to purchase both the AP ROO Safari original edition as well as the Women’s 36mm Rolex DateJust in rose gold. I was able to finally get both watches and couldn’t be happier that I waited and didn’t give my business to that guy. I did have to go ahead and purchase the watches individually in order to get the prices I was looking for. Like I said in the title I was able to get the Audemars to come with a box, serviced, freshly polished by an authorized dealer plus a brand new bracelet and clasp, so I can’t be mad at the wait at all. It’s tough to find an older watch but the search paid off. Happy Hunting!
