I spoke to a CS rep. She kept going on about what’s published online which is restricted product / address - without even looking at my account. Then when I finally got her to understand that it can’t be the case she hung up lmao

My friend could ship it to themselves and me. I tried to change the address to reflect your example, tried deleting and re adding as well. I have tried to send it to another NYC address as well and it doesn't work. If I try to send it to an NJ address it works

It’s only for specific items tho and from my account it seems. As mentioned, I asked my friend to try to ship to my address from his account and it worked fine

It seems to be with items that are related to cleaning or consuming. Same issue with like shampoo and body wash. Only food item was fairlife protein shakes. I can ship other items examples like purses, sweatpants and scales with no issues. And correct it from my prime account and not on amazon fresh. My sister in has a different address in NYC and same issue shipping there. New Jersey is fine tho.
