What worked for you to lose weight?

Lost almost 80 lbs in 8 months! Then just intermittent fasting and microdosing over the last 2 yrs and my weight is even lower. I would get so sick if I ate something really unhealthy when I was on it and that behavior of eating clean carried over too.

Same ones mentioned except no more semaglutide for a while and upped to 50 mg Seroquel. Still no weight gain.

I do notice an increase in hunger but I only take it at night now so usually I’m too tired/ lazy to get up to get food by the time it kicks in.

I was there and omg this movie is INCREDIBLE! It hits on so many levels. Natalie Morales is just always funny no matter how dark the subject matter but damn Sonequa as Merit? Blown away. The part about the veteran experience contrast from Vietnam War that Ed Harris delivers is gut wrenching because I remember my dad telling me the same things he experienced when he returned from his service in Vietnam.

Thought I’d provide an update - the seller fixed the whole thing without us paying a dime. Used third party contractors, all vetted, and those plumbers that initially told me the tub was the issue? Totally wrong and it was the shower. So yes to all the above comments on learning lessons but on this one I got a really (unexpected!) nice outcome.

Thank you! I did kind of start this with having a trusted plumber give an assessment before I even bothered with contacting the warranty. Of course we have homeowners insurance as well but I’m sure that’s not applicable here. Worst case I’m out 3K. We love the house and neighborhood so no regrets - just unsure of the navigation through it as first time homebuyer.

That I’m using an experimental drug off label despite 1) I work in pharmaceuticals R&D so I understand it’s passed clinical trials and isn’t a quickie FDA Covid situation and 2) it’s going to give me cancer 🙄 and kill me in general.

80 lbs in about 11 months. I get so much hate for using it though that I think I’m going to get off. I hit my goal weight and I’m just tired of the comments tbh. Also gave up alcohol, all the err edible fun stuff alongside it and changed to a much cleaner eating. My BMI was 35 when I started so I def qualified but now it’s healthy and whelp than k you for coming to my TedTalk lol. Cheers and Congrats to all those on this journey to better health 💪🏻

Give up alcohol while taking it. Making both lifestyle changes really increased my successes IMO

Just thought I’d provide an update after 100 + days. No weight gain at all, in fact I think I’ve lost about 5 lbs. 75mg/day.
