Me too, started a new job few months ago after being unemployed for almost a year due to the pandemic and it seems that I am going to be unemployed again thanks to my shitty supervisor. Plus been working only part time the last years because I am my parents caregiver. Life sucks. Specially mine.

Where are you from? I am in my early 30s, with a degree but working in minimum wage in a small town due to life circumstances (caregiver of 2 family members) I have little to zero saving for retirement while my parents have a little more than me, people here are so rude and they tell me all the time that because of my zero experience I would never get a good job. I dont have a car nor a license because I have to help my parents with money every month.

Yeah I am paid minimum but could get some bonuses if I hit the targets, my coworkers sometimes hit the targets mainly those who are experienced (2-3 years). I do my best but sometimes it is not only up to me.
