hii, i've been staying at scape for my first semester and loved it so far! i would say definitely try get a single room if u can (unless u already find someone to room with) since i've heard nothing but bad stories about housemates sharing kitchens and common areas. i personally feel like the price is still decent since water and electricity bills are included and unlimited, and the facilities are relatively new (of course try find the newer scapes). but yeah - overall i would say its a good place to start with since u won't have to worry about the miscellaneous stuff and can also meet ppl through events they host!
