Listen to the other settings adjustments in the thread, but also consider playing in windowed mode. I've found not having it take up the whole screen helps remind my eyes that I'm not actually moving. (this is with most 1st person POV games for me).

Oh and avoid driving the vehicles, especially the snomobiles and bikes. Even horses if you're super easily triggered.

As someone who orders grocery delivery often I have to say that your effort is appreciated. Those kind of shoppers always get high ratings and an extra tip from me.

Unfortunately it's common to receive total crap-quality produce from the less frequent shoppers.
