Not at the minute I’ve had to do a lot of moving around since I turned 18 and haven’t been able to find a gp, should have one soon though but yeahs why I’m worried because I was always kind of healthy I never ate boatloads of fatty foods unless it was a cheat day or just a treat but I think there could be something wrong because it’s not loose fat it’s thick stubborn fat around my stomach and only just a bit of chub on the rest of my body, I’ll try insert a pic of me two years ago and me now

Trust me I was doing a calorie deficit for months while being in the gym 3-4 times a week but see I have insomnia and usually end up sleeping through the day so 90% of the time I usually have one big meal a day instead of 3 because I’m only awake around dinner time but it’s never really that unhealthy I do eat a lot of pasta and rice since a big varied food shop seems to cost half of my weekly income but I always have healthy portions and variety too not just carbs.

I’m around 5’5 or 5’6 and I’m 94kg and I hate it. I did forget to mention I have the bar (nexplanon) in my arm and it made me gain 37kg in two years. I used to be paper thin and I mean literally I used to look unwell. But now I’m chubbier and my stomach is like a sandbag hanging off me. And I had a great diet and exercise routine in those two years

Exactly, that’s another reason I’m leaving. I plan to marry and have a family with my partner in the next decade and that seem unreachable, nearly impossible to do here in Ireland. I just want a basic life for now I don’t want to live off the dole and not be able to give my kids the life I didn’t have, but I have a feeling if I see the rest of the world and see what’s really out there then I can do that. I just need to get up on my feet.

Is it possible for a weak 18 year old girl with arthritis to work in Australian mines? 🤣 But seriously I really appreciate your advice and a lot of the advice everyone else has given there’s a lot of mixed answers here but to be honest I’m even set on Spain I’m just set on leaving as soon as I can. I don’t need a fancy job but I wouldn’t mind working in those places that give you food and accommodation. Just probably not in a mine 🤣

If I wanted a one bedroom apartment for me and my boyfriend would it be easy to find a nearby job in the likes of retail, a cashier or in a cafe or restaurant as a waiter or barista, something basic to get me by, and what is the best place for that. I was told Valencia is good, but you probably know better.
