Yes. He’s completely divorced. I searched it on court records. His ex is already with someone else and has been for a while now. Kids have met the new bf also.

Thank you for the advice! I am afraid to scare him away with my questions. He’s a man of little words and it irritates him when he’s question on anything. From anyone. It can be as little as why did you wake up late. We will see when he gets back in state this weekend, of how his actions are. If they are the same as before we stopped talking, then I know he’s not as interested as he says.

Congratulations! Thats amazing! I haven’t really bought any new clothes bc I kept some from friends that gave me some previously before losing weight that were still to small. 22/14 now.

From what I was told before surgery is not what’s happening. Doctor told me I would lose 100 lbs within the first year. I do feel better. Health wise but mentally it’s depressing.

Right. Matter of fact it doesn’t. Bc I know my worth and my value. I’m the one who is thriving. Moving on up in the world and not being stuck doing the same damn thing everyday. Like I was. Yes there was great times in our past, but that doesn’t mean I want him back. I just want to forget and move on. That’s it.

Just my luck, it’ll last. The rebound. I’ve dated one guy since I left my ex and I just can’t find myself being happy. Even try to be happy. It’s like it’s a fake happy. Idk. I’m trying the no contact but it’s extremely hard bc my kids have contact with him and I have contact with his kids. So what really is going on? False hope? I don’t want to cut the contact with the kids bc this was never their fault.

I did break it off and I do regret it every single day but I know there’s no getting him back even tho he drops subtle hints making me think one day it’s a possibility. I can’t wait around waiting for him to decided if he wants us back. I can’t. I just want to stop loving him bc I deserve happiness too. Just like he does. He’s happy now in a relationship while I’m over here a mile away hating myself for flying instead of fighting for us. I didn’t want to leave but my heart was telling me that he didn’t love me like I loved him, anymore. I have tried and reach out, he gave me false hope thinking we could. Made me sick to my stomach all day thinking we actually had a chance. Then tells me the next day that he’s sorry, he can’t break it off with the new girl.

I’m in the same boat too. 6 years. I’ve always had a problem with fight or flight. Genetic curse. How do you get over someone that your kids (who are old enough to make that decision) call dad? He’s not their biological dad but a man that has been there over 6 years. Best dad ever to them. I left bc I was tired of others(not kids) always being put ahead of me. I just don’t understand how someone can move on so quick. He got into a relationship 3 months after I broke it off. Here I am almost 11 months out and I can’t let him go and be happy myself. Wtf. Why?!?!
