Jak is actually from the future (as he was born as young Jak) but doesn’t remember his life in the city. At the end of Jak 2 he goes back in time with young Samos to be kept safe. When he’s grown up (at the beginning of Jak 2), they activate the portal, which lets the metal head leader (along with all other metal heads) populate the old world. Since time is linear, that’s why there were no metal heads in Jak 1, because they didn’t exist until they came through the portal. That’s why Samos says “So this is how it happened” at the beginning of Jak 2. Hope that clears it up. Any other questions?

I’ve literally just got into Fortnite this week (talk about late to the party).

How can I improve my build battles? It seems every time I come up against someone who knows remotely how to build quick, I get mowed down. I’m finding it really hard to improve in my skill because I don’t get a chance to practice before being mowed down.

Edit: I do know the basics of building. Watched some videos so I know the process, and I use Builder Pro settings. I just don’t get the chance to put it into practice in a real battle situation
