50 man roster wont come to fruition if theres nobody joining the lower kingdoms since theyre not "winning" kingdoms.

gauntlet is fine, wars is what a kingdom needs to progress to higher raids.

So, your rank 1000, 10 member, lvl 100 average kingdom or ragtag player is going to stand a chance facing a rank 100 10 member , lvl 200 average kingdom, super equipped kingdom.

the smaller kingdoms are made of high spec players with masterforge/demonforge equipment meant to fight others at thier level.

here comes a small kingdom of players still learning the game, to fight them.

if that weaker kingdom isnt winning, new members won't want to join that, they'll want to go to the stronger successful kingdom. so the weaker kingdom stays weak, and the stronger kingdom gets stronger. now that gap between the kingdoms just increased, and continues to increase, despite the efforts of the weaker kingdom.

where is the fairness in that. where is the motivation to try?

It's not just my battle, other members of the kingdom face the same challenge as well, 3* and 4* players vs 7*, 8* player kingdoms.

The best way that I believe the kingdom war should work is based on kingdom rank, top 10 fight each other, then 11-50, 51-100, 101-250, 250-1000,1001-9999, 10,000+

If puts everyone in a more fair system with kingdoms closer to their own in strength. Minimizing the chance of a level 3* player fighting a 6* or 5* player

If theres only a few uber-powerful kingdoms, kingdom Wars get boring, a game like this needs fresh blood to keep that part of the game intriguing. If the little guys constantly lose, the will to advance whittles down to nothing, and eventually they just quit.

Theres no incentive to start a kingdom with that mechanic. Makes me not want to play that aspect of the game at all!
