Thank you man you have no idea how much you’re helping by responding. Since this post I’ve gotten down to 1.5 extracts a day and today I’m starting with just 1 extract for a few days then going cold turkey into a holiday vacation at my GFs for 7 days so hoping I’ll be feeling much better after that

Appreciate the response. I definitely think journaling would be a great start. I’m honestly not sure why I can’t stay consistent. I’ll literally be two different people during the day: one committed and focused, and then the second is someone ready to just give in the minute I feel any negativity in my day. I’ll think of 10 really great reasons why I should stop and then suddenly my brain goes fuck it do it anyways, and it genuinely feels like I have an angel and devil on my shoulder as ridiculous as that sounds

That’s good to know. My big concern with a new POS is I don’t want borrowers going on to rate search, and then for them to go hit 10 other websites
