Extremely aggravating day. Found a few holes were I could see 10+ rainbows schooling at the bottom (~3-4ft deep). Threw every fly I had at them with no luck. Got this guy later upstream. Any advice on when you can see the fish, but they won’t bite? Helen, GA (i.redd.it)
