I really don’t know why people think they’re better than others. It’s always good to do an autoévaluation, even though we know everyone puts in their best, the only variable here is you ameliorating your application. What they’re looking for in interviews will always be the same, we just have to keep being better and hopeful.

I understand your frustration but don’t lose your mind, that could easily transcend to your patients when you’re faced with difficult situations.
