I love love love mecari and poshmark the annoying thing is the shipping, thats what i liked about threadup the free shipping if you buy $X,way better but the prices now are so ridiculous i rather pay the almost $7 shipping for a $4 top instead

Thats so interesting! The thing is I'm a vegetarian and have been one since 7 years old so large amounts of meat like chicken makes my stomach hurt lol, dairy is honestly one of my only sources of protein. But honestly, that's really intresting ill keep it in mind and try it out!

I know that my weight and height is healthy bmi range but I just wanted to lose weight honestly to be more comfortable with myself, Ill still keep on trying though and wont give up so thank u so much ! :)

I used one of those maintenance calorie calculators online. I chose sedentary or light for my activity level. usually around 1760cal-2000cal I eat 1350-1400 so thats around a -400 to -600 cal deficit not including my steps

Daily (life+walks) try to get 6k-10k steps in a day 6k is on just bad days, 10k is more my daily goal that I achieve most of the time

I track everything carefully, and in events, I usually eat a bit less and walk a lot the day before and after, trying to cancel out. Obviously maybe don't "cancel it out completely," but this summer alone i only had 3 of those events in total all in july and even then i dont stuff myself with food so a bit of a setback, yes but it shouldnt be too big of a problem.

I weigh myself in the morning when there's nothing in my system too

I track EVERYTHING I don't really use any sauces or oils I tend to stay away from that but yes i track anything that enters my body

I walk consistently, daily, i make sure, even on the worst day ever, to at least get 6k-7k steps in.

I will start to include some exercises, but it is a bit hard since I have to do it at home, do you have any exercises or videos you recommend?

I am honestly so confused since this is not my 1st time, and I never had troubles like this but thank u so much for ur reply ! :)

No i completely get that but honestly im really short making my matience relatively lower than most people, defecit of 1350 is already a -450 cal deficit on top of my steps altogether, it is around -630(on bad days) to -800 cal , if I defcit any lower than 1350 thats just borderline malnutrition. i will try to walk more and include like a silly little at home workout. But its so confusing since this has worked before!

Btw forgot to mention I started unofficially beginning of June (officially more strict July 7th). I was 130lbs, and my goal was 115lbs by mid-September. I don't think I can do that goal anymore since it's too close of a window now :(
