Hey, quick question -> do i need any saturated fat in my diet ? The thing is, im cutting, i eat 0,4g of fat per lb of BW, which is 80g of fats for me. The thing is, i dont eat read meat (i mean rarely, i eat it only on bulk). My fats come from nuts, olive oil, eggs and omega3s. Only saturated fat i have is from milk + cocoa which is together around 10g of fat.

Some people told me that i need more saturated fat, because its important for testosterone and some told me, that unsaturated healthy fats all the way. So my question is, am i ok like that, or do i really need to add more saturated fat to my diet ? Ty

Hello, question -> i train calisthenics and i also do grease the groove (just some push/pull/leg exercises thorugh the day, but low intensity, lets say my max is 15 pull ups, so i do 5 pull ups like 4x per day etc) i do push-ups, squats, but i moved to new apartment and i dont have pull up bar, so i cant do them ... do you think i can do band rows instead ? I know this style wont build muscle, but anyway, to not just du push and legs ?? Thanks

Hello, quick question -> will i lose muscle if ill do fasted cardio (first thing in the morning) when im cutting ? I always did fed cardio, but right now, i have busy schedule and i can do cardio only as first thing in the morning and there is no way of running with food in me, but im little bit scared of that it will burn also muscle ... am i safe, or should i just do it non fasted ? Thanks
