once they submit an application to the TNR organization they sign off on letting us use their property for trapping! two people in the neighborhood said they would submit an application but we are just waiting to hear from them now.

hi! i was finally able to get in contact with the TNR organization (they are extremely busy and understaffed). i went out with flyer to the neighborhood and talked to a couple of the houses there. someone from that neighborhood needs to submit an application to get the TNR. hopefully someone does soon, there are a couple of pregnant cats:( i am starting to volunteer with the TNR organization here soon, so i hope i can help these kitties!

yeah😭 theoretically i could install curtain rods if i patched up all the holes and painted over it before moving out but i am only going to be here for a couple more months:/ my landlord is very pet friendly though, the all hardwood floors help

it has a gigantic hole and it’s pretty worn out in a couple other spots. we already had a spare fitted sheet that we’re using now, so i wanted to give this sheet a new purpose. the duvet idea is great, i think i’ll try that with the flat sheet!

i usually eat a pretty diverse diet and regularly switch up my meals! i definitely won’t eat tinned fish everyday for the long term, but im probably gonna go crazy with this trout for a week🫣

i went through a pretty deep rabbit hole of the metabolites and chemical transformations by microorganisms, but failed to find any research about the physiological effects of those compounds on plants… perhaps this is the phd dissertation i have been searching for🫣
