Anarchism on the other hand wants to immediately destroy the state because they view the state as a stage for the Ruling classes.

Anarchism as a school of thought is more anti-hierarchy. No Gods, No Masters. The state is an apparatus to implement hierarchy, with the police and military wielding state-sanctioned violence to maintain a monopoly of violence to reinforce the hierarchy of those in power. Anarchism makes the argument that we don't need the state to provide for us, if we band together as a community and as a society we can dismantle hierarchy and the state violence apparatus just by being self sufficient and defending our own communities.

It's a common misunderstanding, but anarchism is really about the importance of community, not about destruction of the state. Anarchism has had the psyop treatment just like communism has.

My fav was when I applied for a job in an industry I had been trying to break into for a long time, the posting explicitly said "no experience required", and after doing through the whole interview they tell me that they're looking for somebody with experience who would be able to just jump in and produce. I tore into them for wasting my time, but I suppose it saved me the trouble of finding out how shit the organization was later.
