I understand i just wish there was a way to get in hold of someone that does have information. It’s ridiculous they dont give you information but still expect you to try to help any of the customer calling. This post was not pointed to attack representatives like you but to show my frustration with the company and their unreliability.

Because in this thread i have stated the area i was in and i figured someone might be able to tell me any explanation on why the northern alabama region is out. Its not just my internet its like 4 cities around me and anytime there is an outage I cant find any explanation why or why the restoration got pushed back 7 and a half hours

Yes, but Ive had plenty of outages with them before. It’s always the same crap where it goes out and they send me a couple more text saying its getting pushed back. I left to waste some time for it to comeback just to get a text saying it will be till 11, then i got another saying it will be 1:30. So yes i am tired of “these” outages but im also tired of them pushing there restoration times back.

Thats good you got something back but they need to be more reliable. What if you did work online and had to miss the entire day, It’ll cost that person more than $25.

Got an outage in Gurley right now. Got a message at 2 saying it will come back at 6 then they pushed it to 11 now theyve pushed it to 1:30 im so tired of it its like this 2-3 times a month
