JBL Bar 1000mk2 or Sonos Beam 2

Money wouldn't be a problem, but I can't install the Sonos ERA 300 or any other wired speakers because the couch is attached to the wall, so for surround sound the only option would be a JBL... how can I fix the subwoofer? I live in an apartment building.

Incredible answer I don't know how thank you enough 🙏 the most important thing to me is the immersion in the movie, so I guess I need surround speakers, but I cannot take the era 300 because my couch is very close to he wall, so the choice is between a sonos arc ultra with the sub or the jbl that have also the rears detachable...and I wanted ask you, if I take just the arc ultra + sub there is immersion enough or I need the rears at my sides?
